Community Service Award
LBA Properties was presented the "Spirit To Serve Our Communities" Award at the 2006 select-service and extended-stay Owners Conference. The award recognizes the franchise company that best demonstrates and supports its and Marriott's values of community service through employee volunteerism, in-kind donations and overall "Spirit To Serve" initiatives.

Partnership Circle Award - Three Time Winner
Marriott's HIGHEST AWARD given to a franchise company each year for adopting Marriott's culture and operational philosophy while achieving outstanding results. LBA was awarded the Partnership Circle Award for 2003, 2002 and 1997. LBA is one of three companies to earn this award more than once for CFRST brands.
   
Service Excellence Award
TOP AWARD for multiple property owners for highest Guest Tracking Score average for the year. LBA received this award in 2006, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001,1999 and 1998 for Courtyard, 2005 for Residence Inn, 1999 for SpringHill Suites and 1996 Fairfield Inn.
